Neenah’s snowman craft on November 7 is an hour. Oshkosh Public Library has games that afternoon if you want to stay in town.
Start at the Oshkosh winter market, then do the library’s Gather and Glow craft. Keep the Appleton Light the Night Market for an evening outing if everyone still has energy.
60 SECONDS FROM A NURSE-MOM WHO HAS SEEN THINGS
For a long game session or a holiday market after dark, I would pack a water bottle, a snack that is actually filling, and a layer for the walk back to the car. It saves the late-afternoon scramble when everyone is ready to leave at once.
